What data do we collect and for what purpose do we process it?
SpotLab collects some of the personal data (in particular the email address, a password and an alias) of the users.
By entering their personal data in the optional email field on the website and mobile application of our games and products, users consent to the processing of this data by SpotLab.
The purpose of the processing of the data, in the form of credentials, is to ensure the user that if, during the course of the game, he/she changes device or reinstalls the application, he/she will be able to retrieve the game information (experience, level, achievements) and resume the game where he/she left off. SpotLab informs the user that the provision of this data is optional and that the full functionality of the game can be accessed without having to provide it. However, the latter option does not allow the user to resume the game where he/she left off in case of interruption of the game for any of the above mentioned reasons.
SpotLab shall also use the e-mail address of those users who voluntarily provide it through the contact form made available in the “Collaborate” section of the website, in order to deal with any requests, suggestions and/or complaints sent by the user to SpotLab by this means. By sending this form, the user consents to the processing of his/her e-mail address for the aforementioned purpose.
What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?
By filling in the field provided for the e-mail, the user acknowledges that the personal data is his/her own, accurate and true.
By providing your personal data, you consent to the processing of your personal data by SpotLab for the purposes set out above, as applicable.
How long will we keep your data?
SpotLab will process your data for the time necessary for the purpose for which they were collected. Once this period has elapsed, SpotLab will keep your personal data blocked for the period of limitation of actions that may arise from the relationship with the data subject or for the fulfilment of requests from public authorities. SpotLab will physically delete your data after the expiry of these periods.
To which recipients will your data be communicated?
SpotLab cooperates with third party service providers who may have access to your personal data and who will process your personal data in the name and on behalf of SpotLab in the course of providing services to you.
The data communicated to these third parties will be the data necessary to fulfil the above-mentioned purposes. Some of these recipients may be located outside the European Union.
